Self-Reporting Test Scores | St. Lawrence University Admissions

Self-Reporting Test Scores

For years, St. Lawrence has been committed to the idea that students are more than test scores. Because of this, we've been test-optional for over a decade, allowing students to decide which, if any, standardized test scores they would like to have considered with their application. If you decide to submit your scores, St. Lawrence will now accept self-reported scores at the time of your application. This means you can send us your scores through any of the following methods.

  • An official score report sent by the testing agency (SAT/TOEFL code: 2805; ACT code: 2896)
  • Via email from your high school school counselor
  • On your official high school transcript (if your school includes tests scores on transcripts)
  • Self-reported by sending a screenshot or PDF of your full student score report to (don't forget to include your name!)

If students choose to self-report scores and they have taken the test multiple times, please keep in mind that students should submit all of their results for the test(s) chosen for consideration. Do not convert, superscore, or recalculate self-reported scores. If you decide to enroll at St. Lawrence, official test scores will need to be submitted via the testing agency, final high school transcript, or your school counselor. Please refer to our full policy on self-reporting for more information!
