Full-time St. Lawrence University students may access funds up to $600 per academic year to present at a conference. These funds are awarded on a case-by-case basis and are administered by the Academic Dean’s office. All requests will be reviewed by the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs.
Please complete this form in its entirety and upload a copy of the conference program indicating your participation or a letter of invitation at the conference.
Please keep in mind that additional financial support may be available from academic departments/programs where appropriate. Please contact those offices directly.
You will be notified by e-mail of the results of your request within 5 to 7 business days. If you would like a cash advance to assist with your meal expenses ($30/day), please indicate so when completing this form.
Incomplete requests submitted without required back-up/information will not be processed.
Upon returning from your trip, a completed Expense Reimbursement form must be submitted to the Dean of Academic Affairs, Vilas 103, within 15 business days. Reimbursement checks are cut on Fridays and will be sent to your campus mailbox.
