The Writing Center works closely with the First-Year Program at SLU through the mentor program. We appreciate the help and support we get from the many faculty and staff connected with FYP, especially Steve Horwitz, Richard Jenseth, Jackie Hayes, and Debbie Bishop. In addition, Joan Larsen helps train the FYS mentors in research skills.
