University Theatre Past Productions

University Theatre presents multiple productions each academic year. Students from any major or minor are welcome to audition and participate backstage. Students enrolled in Stagecraft, Costume Construction, and Scenic Painting, along with other Performance and Communication Arts courses in design and technical theatre, frequently support the productions through class projects and lab hours.

Many productions involve over 50 students and faculty working collaboratively to bring a production to the audience. The theatre becomes an extension of the classroom. It is a site where students learn valuable practical skills from devoted faculty mentors. It is also a place where students forge friendships and build lasting memories of their time at SLU.
