Phone Directory
Update Information

As part of the University's efforts to reduce its use of paper, as well as costs, the process of updating Campus Phone Directory information will be done online this year.

If no changes are needed, please indicate by checking the box**** below and hit Submit at the bottom of the page. Again, if no changes are needed, don't fill out any of the other information.

If you have changes, please record them below and then hit Submit. It is only necessary to indicate changes. If you leave a field blank, we will use last year's data.

On the pdf, you can search for your record by entering your name in the box near the top of the screen that has the word "Find" in it. Enter your name and hit enter to find your entry.

A reminder that the phone directory will not be printed again this year. Rather, it will be posted on-line and campus folks will be able to access the entire directory, or each section, from the Web. You may chose to have parts or all of the directory printed in Office Services. The Web has a search function for all employee and student on-campus information as well. See our Find People page for full resources.
