Sustainability Feature: Above, this roof duct will carry warm exhaust air to a heat recovery coil. Below, a photo of the recovery coil, which will capture about 12 to 15 % of the heat and pre-warm cold intake air.

The pump room for the fire sprinkler system is now being assembled.

Preparing for spring landscaping, we have mulched and put straw down for the winter.

Another Sustainability Feature: Casework for the psysiological psychology research lab. The casework is a natural wood veneer (maple) and it has a special new "flat-line" finish. It is an acrylic coating that is cured with ultraviolet light which means that there are no volatile solvents to outgas. This helps our indoor air quality for the building.
