Jack Whelan '15 shot a second-round 69 to finish fourth and led the men's golf team to a second-place tie at the ECAC Championships. Aimee Caligiore '13 tied for third to lead women's golf at the Williams Invitational. Men's soccer dominated Hobart for a 3-0 win after doing the same to St. John Fisher in a 4-0 victory earlier in the week. Women's soccer lost 1-0 to No. 20 William Smith. Football got its offense going, but was unable to gain a victory in a 46-27 loss at RPI. Men's hockey opened its season with a 3-2 overtime victory against Carleton in an exhibition game at Appleton Arena. Women's hockey started its 2012-13 campaign with a pair of hard-fought losses to Clarkson, 1-0 at Appleton Friday and 3-2 at Clarkson on Saturday. Women's cross country won its own Hoffmann Invitational, while men's cross country finished second. Field hockey lost 6-1 to William Smith and 4-1 to Rochester. More Saints Sports |
