Cornell University Biology Professor Thomas D. Seeley will give a talk called "Honeybee Democracy" on Wednesday, April 4, at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Hepburn Hall at St. Lawrence University. The 2012 Alfred Romer Memorial Lecture, the event is open to the public free of charge and will be followed by a book-signing. Carter Franz '13 had 12 hits in 14 at-bats over the weekend as baseball won three of four from Vassar in Liberty League play, improving to 9-3 overall. Men's lacrosse opened the Liberty League season with an 11-6 win over Skidmore and is now 5-0 overall. Women's lacrosse dropped an 18-6 decision to No. 3 Cortland.
