Murphy '11 Selected for Geology Field Seminar
John T. Murphy, Jr. '11, of Carthage, NY, has been selected to participate in the third annual Geological Society of America/ExxonMobil Bighorn Basin Field Seminar in Wyoming. The selective program for faculty and students emphasizes multidisciplinary integrated basin analysis.

Student-Athletes Honored at Awards Dinner
The St. Lawrence University Athletic Department honored its senior student-athletes at its annual awards dinner. Seniors Wendy Pavlus, Dan Ramsey, Jordyn Buzza, Jeremy Mwenda, Chris Funch and Caitlin Estes earned awards, while Associate Athletic Director Randy LaBrake, Men's Soccer Head Coach Bob Durocher and Head Football Coach Mark Raymond were also recognized. Mike Hurlbut '89 has been named associate coach of the men's hockey team, and men's hockey is one of four ECAC Hockey men's programs and one of six Division I men's programs nationally recognized by the NCAA for its Academic Progress Rate (APR).
