NEW FEATURES
Shaunie Cadieux '12 will write periodic articles about her life as a first year student, and has started a blog. Here's an excerpt of her most recent entry: To say the least, getting a solid eight-hours of sleep is becoming more difficult, and I've never been more aware of how much of a skill time management really is. This realization is something I've come to think of as a defining aspect of the difference between high-school and college. I've never had to balance so much at once! Two of Shaunie's articles are posted on the Web. The first describes her experiences in the Higher Education Opportunity Program summer orientation and the second shares the thoughts of fellow first-time voters as they participate in the national election.

REMINDERS
Interactive Web Cam! Our new Web Cam allows you to adjust the view to see a real-time panorama of a section of campus! One person at a time can control the camera. Each person has a minimum of 20 seconds to interact with the camera. If other users log on, your turn will conclude after 20 seconds. But if you are the only user, your turn will be extended until others want to explore. If you can't log on immediately, it's because others are in the queue. But try again in a few minutes! Directions for control of the camera are on web page. You will need Java installed to view this feature. If you don't have Java, you can download it here.
St. Lawrence YouTube site: You can watch SLU videos in many ways, including links on our own Web site's SLU Live! page, and now, on an SLU YouTube site.
