In Memoriam: Innocent Mutetwa '10
Innocent Mutetwa '10 passed away Wednesday, June 13, at his home in Seke, Zimbabwe. Following traditional ceremonies, he was buried in Seke on June 15. Innocent had been on a medical leave from St. Lawrence since April, but had planned to return to campus and his studies in January of next year. Although we do not have many details about his death, it appears to have been related to the medical conditions which resulted in his withdrawal. A memorial service will be planned when students and faculty return in the fall semester. The University has created a Memory Book for reflections and expressions of condolence. |
