A memorial service for Jonia Mendonca Guterres'10 is planned
for Wednesday, June 6 at 12 noon at Canaras Conference Center. The
University will provide van transportation for those Summerterm students
who wish to attend. Contact the Dean of Student Life Office at 5311
to reserve a space on a van. This service is for members of the St. Lawrence University community.
When all students and faculty return in the fall, a campus memorial service will take place, after we have the chance to work with Jonia's
family. For
more information, see President Sullivan's announcement
of Jonia's accidental passing on Saturday, June 2, and a link to our
on-line memory book. |
Reunion Weekend a great success!
Close to 900 alumni enjoyed beautiful weather and warm hospitality as they returned to campus for their Reunion weekend. Reunion classes raised over $12 million for the University, an all-time high, and brought energy and enthusiasm to their alma mater. View photos from the weekend in our Photo Album and read President Sullivan's State of the University Address.
