Trustee Redlich helps fund equipment for new science center
St. Lawrence University Trustee Sarah E. Johnson Redlich '82,
of Burlingame, California, has given $1 million to the University
to be used for equipping the Johnson Hall of Science, now under
construction and scheduled to open in the fall.

Concert celebrating African-American composers
Organist Sondra Goldsmith Proctor will offer a free concert celebrating
African-American composers on Friday, February 2, at 11:45 a.m. in
Gunnison Memorial Chapel at St. Lawrence University. The event, held
in conjunction with Black History Month, is open to the public.

Students organize photo exhibition
An
exhibition of photographs titled "Support Love," organized
by students in the St. Lawrence University course "Sex Talk," will
be exhibited in the atrium of the Student Center on campus from February
2 through 28.

Writers Series continues with poet Naomi Guttman
Poet Naomi Guttman will
speak and read from recent works in an appearance at St. Lawrence
University on Thursday, February 8, at 8 p.m. in Herring-Cole, part
of the University's Writers Series.

Women's
Basketball runs unbeaten streak to 16 games
The St. Lawrence women's basketball team ran its record to 17-1
on the season. The Saints are the only undefeated
team left in the Liberty League.
Men's hockey swept Harvard and Dartmouth
The Saints are now ranked first in the ECACHL.
