This list is meant to provide you with information that is important when registering an event on campus. However, this list is not extensive, so it is best to be prepared to have a discussion with the Office of Student Activities and Leadership once you submit your form, in case there is something additional you may need to consider.

CWA Machine

Thelomathesian Society Campus Wide Account (CWA) Machines

The Thelmoathesian Society currently owns two CWA machines for student organizations to use in the Student Center. The machines were purchased with an Innovation Grant in order to assist with facilitating with the payment of organizational fundraisers, ticket sales, charity and class donations. Below is the usage policy for the machines and how your organization can go about reserving a machine for use int he Student Center.

Depending on where your organization obtains its funding from, determines how you need to go about submitting requests for checks, reimbursements, and deposits related to your organization.

Reserving a Table

Reserving a Table in the Student Center Atrium

If your organization is interested in using a table in the Student Center Atrium to advertise an event, conduct a fundraiser, sell tickets, or host an event, please contact Timberly Hewitt in the Office of Student Activities and Leadership to reserve the number of tables you will need. Tables should reserved at least 24 hours in advance in order to ensure one will be available for you.
