Now in her 21st year at
St. Lawrence, Cindy was initially hired as the University’s Nutritionist, then became the Director in 1993. Prior to coming to
St. Lawrence University, she worked in health care as a dietitian and the food service director in two hospitals. Cindy holds a BS from Keene State college and masters degree from St. Lawrence University.

February is Heart Healthy month! Stop by the Northstar cafe on Wednesday, February, 2013 from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm for a Heart Healthy Demo with a number of health choice items to try.

Also, the Cafe will also be offering fish specials for lunch and dinner on Ash Wednesday, February 13th.
