Excellent-Attendance was greater than expected, program ran smoothly, attendees enjoyed the experience.

Good- Attendance was around the group’s expectation, program ran well but there were a few things that were not well planned out,attendees liked the experience.

Ok- Attendance was lower than expected, some incidents occurred, some attendees enjoyed it, but others did not.

Poor-Attendance was very low, major incidents occurred, many people did not enjoy the event.
