St. Lawrence University students, staff, and faculty only: transportation options will include service to the airports, train depots, and bus stations at Syracuse, Ottawa, Montreal, Watertown, Ogdensburg, Saranac Lake, Brockville and Massena.

Pick up Locations:
Syracuse Airport: Baggage Claim “D”/USAir, Jetblue
Syracuse Train/Bus: Main Exit and Entrance for Train.
Montreal Airport: Tim Hortons
Ottawa Airport: Tim Hortons

Any Airport, Train or Bus Station not listed above does not require a common meeting location

For St. Lawrence University students only, the following applies:

A fee of $25 will charged to your student account for each transportation request.
Please make reservations 24 hours in advance.Transportation services are available for students as indicated by the specifed criteria listed below:

At each official semester vacation or break
Once each semester per student for personal use
Unlimited family emergency trips as verified by the office of the Vice President & Dean of Student Life
One interview trip for seniors as verified by the Career Services office

Note: The above mentioned transportation services are available only during the academic year and not during summer terms.

Passengers may experience a reasonable wait time (approximately 4 hours) prior to or after their flight, train or bus ride. Our goals are to provide efficient transportation services for our campus community and maintain a service that is environmentally responsible.

One large suitcase and one carry-on per person will be permitted due to limited space.
Your St. Lawrence ID is required as well as your train, bus, or airline ticket valid of the day of travel !

Staff and Faculty transportation services must be approved by department heads and department budgets will be charged accordingly. Reservations must include a valid university budget code and a confirmed vehicle request from Facilities Operation.

What if My Plans Change?

You may cancel without charge up to 12 hours before departure or pick-up. Cancellations made within 12 hours of reservation are subject to charges as follows:

Transportation Services Cancellation fees:
$15 to Ogdensburg, Saranac, Brockville and Massena
$50 to Watertown, Syracuse, Ottawa, and Montreal

No-shows will be billed full price of the service reserved.
Any charges incurred that are not covered by the above, cancellation fees, or no show fees will be charged directly to your student or department account.
