Located towards the edge of campus Gaines houses a close-knit community of First Year students.

Facilities Information

Community Areas: Gaines has a kitchen, common lounge with computers, basement lounge, and a lounge with a piano for residents to use.

Bathrooms: Gaines has four restrooms with two designated for women and two for men. Two of these restrooms have a single stall and shower while the other two restrooms are full bathrooms with multiple showers, sinks, and bathroom stalls.

Laundry: Gaines has one laundry room in the basement with two washers, two dryers, and a table for folding laundry.
