Located at the intersection of University Ave and College Street, this upperclass residence houses students in mostly double rooms with a few singles and triples. 

Facilities Information

Community Areas: 13 University has a kitchen and a common lounge with a television and furniture for residents to use.

Bathrooms: 13 University has two full restrooms with one designated for women and one for men and one restroom with a bathroom stall and sink. The two full restrooms have showers, sinks, and bathroom stalls. Residents have the chance to vote to make the bathrooms co-ed at the start of each semester when the Community Assistant facilitates this process.

Laundry: 13 University has one laundry room next to the kitchen with two washers, two dryers, and a table for folding laundry. There is also a vending machine in the laundry room.
