Proxy

If you are unavailable to participate in the process, you may designate a proxy to represent you in the housing assignment process.  If you are studying abroad/attending an off-campus study program in Spring 2013, you should have turned in a Proxy form to the Residence Life office indicating the name of your proxy with signatures.  Housing Lottery Cards for students studying abroad will be mailed to your proxy once you have met all financial obligations.

On campus students who are unable to come to the scheduled date and time for Room Draw can also indicate the name of a proxy by filling out the Proxy Form.  Your proxy will bring your Housing Lottery Card and a proxy form with signatures to Room Draw.
