Room and Board Costs and Financial Clearance

Housing charges for the 2012-2013 academic year will be determined during the spring semester.  For the 2011-2012 academic year, residence in a single room in all residences was $3637.50 per semester.  The rate for all other rooms was $2962.50 per semester.

Prior to applying for a housing option, students should ensure that their financial obligations have been met.  Students must have financial clearance prior to participating in the housing assignments process. You will not recieve your lottery number until your hold is resolved. Students may check the status of their student account on APR.
