WHAT IS ECCD?
ECCD is a day-long interviewing event where your organization can conduct pre-screened interviews with highly qualified liberal arts undergraduates from Amherst, Bowdoin, Colgate, Hamilton, Middlebury, Skidmore, St. Lawrence and Wesleyan.
The ECCD process begins with available positions posted in a dedicated spot on the web-based Experience recruiting system. Interested candidates from the eight schools will apply, and employers will receive resumes and cover letters by e-mail. After receiving employer selections for accepted and/or alternate candidates, interview schedules are created and furnished to the employers prior to the event.
LOCATION/LOGISTICS:
An interview schedule for ECCD consists of 13 slots, each 30 minutes long, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 2 scheduled breaks and a lunch break. Employers are welcome to register for more than one interview schedule to meet more qualified candidates during the day.

Once this requirement is filled, then the organization can fill remaining slots with additional candidates from any of the nine schools. Employers are not required to select students who do not meet the posted qualifications for the position(s).
Refund Policy: No employer/organization will be refunded their registration fee once they receive applications unless the ECCD Consortium is unable to provide the number of applicants (13) to create a full schedule. For each schedule that you have registered, you will not receive a refund unless you receive less than 13 applicants. If you do choose to participate with less than 13 applicants, you will be expected to pay the full registration fee (there will be no partial refunds).
Additional Schedule(s): If an employer/organization chooses to purchase an additional schedule(s) as a result of the applications they receive, then they are expected to pay the additional fee associated with multiple schedules.
