Location and Hours:

The Diana B. Torrey '82 Health and Counseling Center is located on the university's campus at 76 Park Street. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Phone: (315)229-5392. Fax: (315) 229-5514

Please Note: During the summer - Health Services will be available for limit services. Please call (315) 229-5392 to schedule an appointment. If you have an emergency, please call the Safety and Security Office at (315) 229-5555.

During the summer months from June 15 - August 15, the Counseling Service will be closed. If you have an emergency, please call the Security and Safety Office at (315) 229-5555.

Making Appointments:

Appointments can be made by calling the Health Service at (315) 229-5392 or the Counseling Service at (315) 229-5391. Walk Ins: Counselors and Health Center staff are available on a first-come first served basis if appointments are available.

After Office Hours:

Emergency services are available at local hospitals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Healthcare for urgent, but non-emergency, problems is available evenings and weekends at Canton-Potsdam Hospital's "Afterhours Healthcare", which is located near campus in the E.J. Noble Center at 80 East Main Street. Their hours are Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM , Saturday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM,  Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Afterhours Healthcare phone number is (315) 386-3300. Students assume financial responsibility for these services.

A counselor may be reached anytime after the Center is closed by calling the Safety and Security Office at (315) 229-5555. Security will contact the counselor on-call.
