Tim Gilbert

Mr. Gilbert is a 2006 Graduate of Paul Smiths College with a degree in Culinary Arts and a background in Business Administration.
He was hired by St. Lawrence University in 2007 at Camp Canaras on Saranac Lake as the Kitchen Manager and Chef. This position led to other job opportunities on campus such as the management of Concessions for most sporting events.
Currently he manages all operations at Pub 56 since it opened in the fall of 2009.
He resides in Potsdam NY with his wife and son.
