Bob Zimmerman

Bob Zimmerman has been at St. Lawrence as the manager for Dana Dining Center since the spring of 2004. In previous work experiences, he has worked for the Detroit Red Wings / Olympia Entertainment and 11 years with the Applebee’s corporation in a variety of roles. He has a B.A. from the University of Kansas (English Lit and Political Science) and loves to discuss the same, especially politics.
In addition to work activities, he is an ardent reader and has a love of sailing. He is always interested in finding connections between academic activities and food/culture opportunities and is open to any and all ideas.
