Blessing of the Animals

This festive event is conducted in honor of St. Francis of Assisi or around his feast day, October 4^th,in remembrance of St. Francis of Assisi’s love for all creatures.We invite people to bring their pet or a picture of their pet to be blessed and to pick up a treat for them. Treats of all sorts will be served - horse, bird, dog, cat, rodent   ... (and yummy human treats too! )
