Dining Services
All St. Lawrence University students are required to live and eat
on campus each semester. Students will automatically be placed on the full-flex meal
plan. Requests to change meal plans may be sent to sfs@stlawu.edu.
Meal
plan choices include; the 21 Meal Plan, which provides breakfast,
lunch, and dinner each day, 7 days per week at Dana Dining hall. The Full
Flex is a declining balance account where the cost of a meal
is deducted from the student’s meal bank each time a purchase is made. The Full
Flex meal plan can be used at all of the dining facilities. The Half Flex is
similar to the Full Flex but is for Seniors only. Any unused Flex account
balances are forfeited at the end of the academic year.
It is the student’s
responsibility to monitor the balance of their flex meal account. Account balances
can be accessed on line at www.stlawu.edu/sfs or
at the checker’s station at the dining facilities. In the event a
student runs out of funds on their meal bank additions may be made at www.stlawu.edu/sfs. Access
is available 24/7 using a credit or debit card and funds are available immediately
for use.
Members of Greek houses who live in University residences are permitted
to take their meals in chapter houses and be excused from the University
meal plan provided they notify the Student Financial Services Office
prior to the beginning of each semester—this includes new members who join during the
fall semester. Students
who are non-Greeks living in a Greek house are required to eat on campus.
