Assistant Track Coach Erin Woodward

A 2005 graduate of St. Lawrence University, Woodward returns to her Alma Mater after spending a year in Miami, FL as a middle school teacher. A four-year member of the Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field team at St. Lawrence, Woodward was a team captain during her senior season. She was named the team's Most Valuable Player for the 2004-2005 season and received the Coaches Award following her junior season. Following her sophomore season, she was named the team's Most Improved Player and received the Best Effort Award. Woodward earned many awards at St. Lawrence including 2nd place NYSCTC javelin in 2004 and 2005, 2nd place heptathon in 2004 and 2nd place in the 4x200 relay in 2004.

Woodward enters her first year as an assistant track and field coach and will coach sprints, hurdles and jumps.
