2006-07: Mills finished sixth in the 100 meter hurdles at the NYSCTC Championships and qualified for the ECAC Championships with a time of 8:91. Mills placed second at the Liberty League Championships in the 55 meter hurdles and also placed fourth in the long jump at the Liberty League Championships with a jump of 4.85 meters. At the 2007 Liberty League Outdoor Championships Mills was the 100 meter hurdle champion with a time of 15.50.

At Masconomet

Sarah competed in gymnastics for her first three years of high school and then switched to indoor track as a senior amd earmed Athlete of the Year honors for the indoor season. She broke the league record in the hurdles at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston. She was a league champion, finished third in the state championships and fourth in the New Enlands. She was a four-year outdoor track standout and was also a honor roll student throughout high school.
