2006-07: Fedorka was a 2007 Liberty League Outdoor Champion in the javelin, setting a Liberty League record with a throw of 35.09 meters.

2005-06: Carleigh finished eighth in the 55 meters and competed in the shot put at the Liberty Leauge Championships.

2004-05: Carleigh finished fifth in the Twilight Invitational 100 in 14.45 and had a top throw of 33.59 meters in the javelin finishing fifth in the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships. She earned All Liberty League honors with a second place finish in the javelin.

At Meadville Area High School

Carleigh played softball and ran track and was District X champion and a state qualifier in the javelin in 2004, earning Thrower of the Year honors. She also competed in equestrian sports throughout high school and was rider of the year in 2003 and 2004. A member of the National Honor Society, she was vice president of the French Club and SADD and was active in fund raising for the Cystic FIbrosis Foundation.
