2008: In her sophomore season, Quackenbush scored her first collegiate goal against Wells College on April 1, where she also added an assist for a two point game. She caused one turnover in the four games played throughout the year. The Canton, NY native's efforts off the field were rewarded when she was named to the 2008 Liberty League All-Academic Team.
2007: Quackenbush played in five games in her first season, where she picked up one ground ball and caused one turnover.

At Canton High School
Quackenbush was a member of the National Honor Society and earned a North Country/Augsbury Scholarship. She played lacrosse and ran cross country and indoor track in addition to being a competitive figure skater. She was Academic All Northern, 2nd Team All Northern and captain of the lacrosse team.
