At Kimball Union Academy
Freund played varsity field hockey, was on the alpine ski team and played varsity lacrosse. She was the Gatorade MVP Award Winner and 2004 lacrosse captain for the co-Lakes Region Champion team in 2005 and 2006. She was an honor roll student.
