2008: Fahsel had an outstanding rookie campaign for St. Lawrence, playing in each of the 16 games and earning a start in five of them. The Watertown, NY native was vital to the Saints on both ends of the field, as she tallied 16 goals and nine assists for 25 points, the second highest of the team's first-year class, while picking up 20 ground balls and controlling 30 draws, the fourth highest on the squad. Fahsel also caused six turnovers and had the game-winning goal against North Country rival and Liberty League opponent Clarkson.

At South Jefferson

A three-sport athlete, Fahsel competed in soccer, basketball and lacrosse. She was a captain on both the lacrosse and soccer fields and was a four-year Frontier League All-Star and a Section III All-Star for both sports. She was an All-North 1st and 2nd Team selection for soccer and lacrosse and was an alternate for the Empire State soccer team. Fahsel graduated with honors, was a member of the National Honor Society and was a scholar athlete. She is also a member of the Saints women's soccer team.
