Sabrina Harbec '08
Forward
St. Hubert, Que.
Montreal Axion (NWHL)

2006-07: Harbec continued to be one of the nation's most elite offensive players in her junior season, reaching the 70 point mark for the first time in her career and becoming one of only eleven players in St. Lawrence history to reach the "Century Club" (100+ Points in a career). The St. Hubert, Quebec native was a top-10 finalist for the 2007 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award, and was selected a Second Team National All-American while earning First Team All-Conference honors. Harbec led the Saints with 70 points, 44 assists, 3 short-handed goals, and a +37 plus/minus ranking. She strung together two separate 12-game point scoring streaks as a junior, and also earned ECACHL All-Academic honors as well. For her outstanding season, Harbec was voted St. Lawrence's Most Valuable Player by her teammates.

2005-06: If her rookie season wasn't enough to turn heads across the country, Harbec's sophomore campaign certainly was. The St. Hubert, Que. native exploded offensively, becoming one of the top threats in the nation. She scored 61 points (25g, 36a), and was among the leaders in every offensive category on the National level. Harbec was selected the ECACHL Player of the Year, becoming the first Saints player to ever receive the award, and was also in the Top Three Finalists for the 2005-06 Patty Kazmaier Award recognizing the country's best player. Sabrina was also selected as a First Team National All-America, the USCHO.com Offensive Player of the Week twice, and helped the Canadian U-22 team win gold at the Air Canada Cup in Germany during the first week of January.

2004-05: Harbec had an immediate impact for the Saints in her rookie campaign and earned ECACHL All-Rookie Team honors on March 11. She was fifth on the team in scoring with 36 points (16g, 20a) and is just the fifth freshman in St. Lawrence history to record 30 or more points. Harbec was tied for the team lead with six game-winning goals and tied sophomore Chelsea Grills’ record of assists by a freshman (20). Seventeen of her 36 points came on special teams. She had 15 points (3g, 12a) with the extra attacker and two (1g, 1a) when the Saints were short-handed. She missed two games playing with the Canadian Under-22 National Team in the 2005 Air Canada Cup in February. Harbec earned ECACHL Rookie of the Week honors three times this season.

Pre-St. Lawrence

Harbec played for the Montreal Axion of the NWHL, leading the team with 14 goals and 23 assists in 36 games. She is a member of Team Quebec and the Canadian Under-22 Team. She is the daughter of Marie-Paul Crevier and Bernard Harbec.
