PREPARE FOR 2008 SEASON

Aug. 13: The St. Lawrence University women’s cross country team will look to continue its run of six straight conference championships in 2008 under the guidance of new head coach Mike Howard.  Howard, who last coached the Saints’ women’s cross country squad to an NCAA team berth in 2000, will look to last season’s top performers Johannah Ludington and Wendy Pavlus to continue to lead the team’s winning tradition........more
