2007: Tammy played Libero for the Saints in most of her 115 games and was among the digs leaders with 470. She also had 42 service aces and 35 blocks in her senior season.
2006: Tammy did not play as a junior while participating in a off-campus study program
2005: Couch played in all but three games for St. Lawrence in her sophomore campaign. She posted 318 digs, 238 kills, 39 service aces, and 20 blocks. Couch finished second on the team in kills and digs, and tied for first in service aces. She earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.
2004: Couch played in 32 matches in her rookie season for the Saints. She totaled 156 kills, 73 digs and eight blocks. She also added three assists and three service aces.
Couch is a Sociology and French major.

At Westminster School
Couch was a three-sport athlete, competing in volleyball, hockey and softall. She was named her team's MVP in 2002 and 2003. She was the Squibb Bowl winner for volleyball and softball in 2003. Couch captained her volleyball team in 2002 and 2003.
