2007: Julia played in 122 of 134 games for the Saints as a sophomore and had 213 kills, 57 service aces, 446 digs and 15 total blocks.
2006: Congdon got her career at St. Lawrence off to a nice start in 2006, playing in 109 games. The Harrington Park, NJ native had 100 kills (0.92 per game), 36 assists, and 8 serving aces. Defensively, Congdon was also sharp, totaling 26 blocks and 52 digs.

At NVOT
Congdon was a tri-sport athlete, playing volleyball, softball, and basketball. In her final season with the volleyball team, the Harrington, NJ native was selected on to the 2005 All-NBIL First Team and the 2005 Bergen County 3rd Team. Congdon is yet to declare a major at St. Lawrence.
