2007-2008: Dally continued to be crucial to the Saints in his sophomore season, as he consistently scored points in nearly every race throughout the dual meet season as well as at both championship swim meets. In December, Dally finished eighth overall in the 200 breaststroke at the Liberty League Championships, while he finished 15th overall in the 100 breast. He was a member of the 400 Medley Relay that finished seventh overall at the same meet. In February, the Tonawanda, NY native continued to drop time as he had three career best times at the UNYSCSA Championships. Dally finished 14th and 18th in the 200 and 100 breast, respectively, and was a member of two 11th place relays, the 200 and 400 Medley Relays.

2006-2007: One of several outstanding newcomers for the Saints in 2006-07 Stephen Dally had two top ten finishes in the Liberty League Championships with a seventh in the 200 breatstroke and a 10th in the 100 breaststroke. In the UNYSCSA Championships, he was 13th in the 200 breaststroke, 17th in the 100 breaststroke and 21st in the 200 IM and was on the 7th place 200 Medley Relay and 8th place 400 Medley Relay teams.

Daly was a state qualifier in the 100 breast and 200 medley relay. He was part of an All catholic League record 200 medley relay team. He plans to major in government at St. Lawrence.
