2007-2008: Lynch's efforts continued in her sophomore campaign, as she continued to be one of the Saints' top weapons in the water throughout the course of the season. The Norwood, NY native tallied several first-place finishes throughout the dual meet season and was critical to the Saints' sixth place finish at Liberty Leagues and ninth place finish at the NYSWCAA Championships. Lynch scored the second most amount of points of any St. Lawrence swimmer at the NYSWCAA's in February, where she recorded a seventh, 10th and 11th place finish in the 100 fly, 50 free and 100 free, respectively. Lynch was also a member of four top ten relays, two of which broke school records. Her relay swims included the 200 Free Relay (fifth), the record-breaking 400 and 200 Medley Relay (sixth and fifth),as well as the 400 Free Relay (eighth). At the Liberty League Championships, she shined as she amassed 82 points, the most of any other teammate. She earned a second place finish in the 100 free and a third in the 50, while she also grabbed third place in the 100 fly. Her fourth individual race was the 200 free, where she placed 11th overall. Lynch was a member of the Saints' 200 Medley Relay that won the event, as well as the second place 200 Free Relay and the third place 400 Medley Relay. Her efforts off the pool deck earned her Liberty League All-Academic honors.
2006-2007: Lynch capped an outstanding rookie season with one of the top Saint showings in the NYSWCAA championship. She made the A finals in the 50 and 100 free and in the 100 fly with sixth place finishes in both the freestyle races and was part of the 400 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relays which swam in the A finals as well as the 800 free relay which was in the B Final. She scored in the 100 and 200 free and the 100 fly in the Liberty League Championships as well as swimming on two relays. She was a two-time Liberty League Rookie of the Week

At St. Lawrence Central
Abbey was captain and MVP of the St. Lawrence Central swim team and earned All Northern Athletic Conference honors in the 100 fly, 100 free, 200 free and 500 free. The Valedictorian of her class, she was a member of the National Honor Society and the Student Council.
