At Adlai E. Stevenson

Chimelis participated in both Softball and Basketball at the varsity level. The Bronx, NY native had a very successful softball career, including a two-year stint as captian and finishing 2nd in the PSAL "A" Division in RBI's and 3rd in batting average (.695). Chimelis' academic excellence and extra curricular activities helped her earn "Who's Who Among American High School Student" honors.
