SAINTS LEND A HAND AT LOCAL CHURCH

AND COMMUNITY PROGRAM

Nov. 26: The St. Lawrence University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) team representatives as well as other members of Saint teams have continued to help out with the program’s annual community service causes.

On Wednesday afternoons, St. Lawrence University student athletes volunteer their time to help the Church Community Program in Canton, NY. These athletes unload a truck of food, stock shelves, and bag groceries for good-will dinners in town and local community needs.

This project has been a staple of the University’s SAAC for several years, and serves as an enriching experience for the student athletes.
