Tentative Time Schedule:
11:10 - 2 yr heats and/or final
11:14 - 3 yr heats and/or final
11:18 - 4 yr heats and/or final
11:22 - 5 yr heats and/or final
11:26 - 6 yr heats and/or final
11:30 - 7 yr final
11:33 - 8 yr final
11:36 - 9 yr final
11:39 - 10 yr final

Awards will be presented immediately following the final race of each age group.

Track Races for Kids

Events Contested:

  • 55 Meter Dash (Ages 2-6)
  • 200 Meter Dash (Ages 7-10)

Age groups will be determined by the number off participants.

If multiple heats are required per age group, we will run a final with the top qualifiers from the preliminary heats.

Note: last year each age was contested separately

We request a monetary donation or a Non-Perishable Food Item per competitor. All proceeds will go directly to the Canton Church and Community Program.

  • To give kids a chance to experience track and field in a semi-formal setting.
  • To promote youth track and field in the North Country.
  • To give back to the community through donations received.
  • To expose the youth of the North Country to a competitive track and field event (Saints Holiday Relays).
