2007: Wetherell had an outstanding rookie season for the Saints, competing in all nine of the team's individual carnival races. The Hinsdale, MA native earned three top-15 finishes including a 9th place finish in the 10K Free at Williams and a 12th place showing in the same event at the 2007 EISA Championships. Wetherell, whose late-season success vaulted him into NCAA Championships contention, was also part of the 3x10 Free Relay squad that landed on the podium at the Dartmouth Carnival (Tom Lepesqueur and Isaac Noyes).

At Wahconah Regional and Burke Mountain Academy
Wetherell was a tri-sport athlete, competing in soccer, lacrosse, and Nordic skiing. As Captain of the Nordic ski team, he won the Massachusetts State Championship in 2004. The Hinsdale, MA native then competed on the Junior Olympic Team in 2006. A consistent Honor Roll student before coming to St. Lawrence, Wetherell intends to major in Enviornmental Studies. |
