2007: In her sophomore campaign, Marleau became a consistent and steady contributor to the Saints line-up. The Old Forge, NY native earned points in every race in 2007 and notched a collegiate-best 22nd place showing in the 10K Classic at the UNH Carnival. Marleau was also an intricate member of St. Lawrence's relay teams, as she joined forces with Kristen Bednar and Kalie Dunn to compose a very formidable trio.
2006: Marleau had a very nice rookie season for the Saints, traveling to all six carnivals and scoring for the team on a consistent basis. She posted three top-30 results, and her best finish came at the EISA Championships at Middlebury, a 24th place overall finish in the 5K Classic. Marissa also competed in the 2006 Junior Olympics, where she posted an 11th place finish in the Classic race.

Marleau competed in soccer, nordic skiing and softball. She earned MVP honors in soccer and MIP honors in softball. Marleau finished fourth at the 2005 New York State High School Championships. In addition, she was captain of both the nordic ski and softball teams. She was a member of the National Honor Society and will major in French at St. Lawrence. |
