Hayden was a very active student-athlete, participating in Nordic Skiing, Soccer and Ultimate Frisbee. The Bend, OR native, who was both a member of the National Honor Society and the school's Valedictorian, showed great talent on the Nordic ski trails, as she was named a Junior Olympic Nordic Athlete.
