At Middlebury Union High School

Alllen was a dual-sport athlete, participating in both Nordic Skiing and Soccer. A member of the National Honor Society, she was named the Most Valuable Performer on the Nordic ski squad in both 2004-05 and 2006-07. Allen also earned All-State honors for Nordic skiing.
