2006-07: Grambo was named 2007 Liberty League Indoor Field Performer of the Year. He was the Liberty League champion in the men's shot put. He was runner up in the event at the NYSCTC championships and qualified for the NCAA Championships where he finished 12th. He threw a seasons best 16.23 meters. A four-time selection as Liberty League Field Performer of the Week, he also placed fourth at the league championships in the weight throw. Geoff provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championship in the shot put with a throw of 16.23m in the SLU Holiday Relays.

2005-06: Geoff won the Liberty League shot put title with a throw of 49-03 and finished third in the weight throw.
2004-05: A member of the Saint football team in the fall, Geoff was third indoors in the shot in the NYSCTC championships and also finished third in the Liberty League indoors. He was second in the Liberty League in the shot put outdoors. He was fifth in the Liberty League discus, seventh in the hammer and was eighth in the indoor weight throw.

Geoff earned All Finger Lakes honors in football track and wrestling.
