Fall 2007: Danai’s impressive 2-0 singles record at number 6 included wins over Oneonta and Ithaca. In the SLU Fall Classic “B Singles” bracket Danai advanced to the Round of 16 falling to Rochester’s Sheehan in the third set super-tie breaker 10-4. In doubles, Danai and partner Jake Dexter advanced 2 rounds to the semifinals in the “B Doubles” draw where they met their match against fellow teammates Gillard and Gates. Danai, who is serving as one of the team's co-captains in 2007-08, majors in English.
2006-2007: As a team captain, Danai had a winning spring season going 8-7 in singles action. He partnered up with teammate Chris McDonald to undergo a 9-6 record at number 2 doubles. Danai went 2-1 at the number five position and advanced to the finals of the SLU Fall Classic before losing to teammate Chris McDonald. Danai was also named an ITA Scholar Athlete.
2005-2006: Danai went 0-1 at the number five singles position and 5-3 at the number six doubles position. He went 0-1 in tournament play. Danai and doubles partner Pete Abernethy went 0-1 at the number three doubles position while he and partner Matt Satterley finished 2-1 in tournament doubles action. In his sophomore year, Danai was also named an ITA Scholar Athlete.
2004-2005: Named the Saints Most Improved Player in his rookie season, Danai posted a 7-12 record. His win at the #6 singles spot in the Liberty League championships versus Union, gave the Saints a
4-3 win and third place in the tournament.

At Amherst Regional High School
Danai was a three-sport athlete, competing in tennis, swimming and golf. He captained the tennis team his junior and senior seasons and the swim team his senior year.
