2006-07: In his sophomore year, Vonnak was essential to the Saints' success as he played in each of the 29 games and started in 28 of them. He averaged nearly 27 minutes a game and posted a career-high 326 points, the second highest number of points scored by any team member throughout the season. The Canajoharie, NY forward also led the team in total rebounds with 215. His efforts helped lead the Scarlet and Brown to the Liberty League tournament title and a second-round appearance in the NCAA tournament.
2005-06: As a freshman, Vonnak was named Liberty League Rookie of the year for his breakout season. Vonnak averaged 13 points and eight rebounds a game and started 24 out of 25 games for the Saints.

At Canajoharie
Vonnak was a standout athlete, playing four different sports. While playing for the basketball team, he earned team MVP honors his junior and senior seasons, and was selected the WAC MVP his senior year. He was the squad's top rebounder, and was selected by Albany Channel 13 News as a Scholar Athlete. Vonnak was inducted into the National Honor Society, and intends to major in Psychology while attending St. Lawrence.
