2005-06: A walk on Chris saw his only action in an exhibition game against the US Under-18 team ain 2005-06.

Pre SLU: , Chris Smith had five goals and 13 assists and was captain of the Nichols team as a senior. He also played in the New York State Select 14, 16 and 17 Festivals. He was a member of the gold medal team in the 2001 and 2002 Empire State Games.

Personal:The son of Russ and Michele Smith, Chris also played lacrosse and earned Western New York second team all star honors in that sport. He was an honors graduate of Nichols.
